ESS: Not enough quota 01 for attendance/absence Priv Leave(PRVL) on 12.01.2016 for personnel no. 12345

Dear All,

I want to transfer this below information message into "ERROR" and the system should not allow the employee to submit his leave request if there is no quota.

"Not enough quota 01 for attendance/absence Priv Leave(PRVL) on 12.01.2016 for personnel no. 12345"

I have done configuration steps as below,

1.) Create Rule Group "00000004'

2.) WEBMO ->Payroll Area - EG - 00000004

3.) Define Processing Processes for Each Rule Group: 00000004

No Selection in this area for 0000004" except "Hours and Clock Times", "Line Manager"

4.) Specify Processing Processes for Types of Leave

5.) Configure Output of Messages: 00000004

Note: ECC system is not allowing to apply for absence above quota whereas the ESS system allows.

Let me know how to stop this leave submission via ESS and give as error.
