Hi,
Is there a way to allow service agents(external service providers) to record their time entries without sending them for approvals? Or, if that can't be achieved, is there a way to at least do an automatic approval for such time entries?
Customer's manager works with a number of external consultants as well as employees, and while he is happy with the rest of the Project based purchase for the service from these consultants, he is not happy with the number of approvals he will have to do if all the consultant's logged time comes to him for approval.
Any suggestions?
