Can't Change My Own Fiori Catalog

Hi:

I'm using an S/4HANA AWS on premises system, and have created a copy of the BPINST user. I was able to create a copy of an SAP-delivered Fiori Catalog, but I can't then either add a new tile or add a new mapping. I suspect that I haven't added some necessary authorization to my new Catalog, since I can both add a tile and mapping in an SAP-delivered catalog.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
