Dunning job can be run daily. But dunning is typically used for payment reminders for overdue amounts. You would typically send this once a month. Why do you need to send it daily? Will your customers be ok with a daily follow up? You or your functional FI team should ask your business users the clear requirement and why they want daily updates. Are they looking for some sort of adhoc account statements for your customers rather than just dunning, than i would suggest to set up a correspondence output for Account statement for customer rather than dunning letters.
