Rules to transfer project costs to an asset under construction before assignment

Hi experts.

Actually i´m accumulating costs from projects tasks to assets under construction, and i´ve done both next flows:

1. I created a PO assigned to the project task after have assigned an asset under construction to his task, and the cost was succesfully acumulated in the asset under construction.

2. I created a PO assigned to the project task before have assigned an asset under construction to his task, and the cost was not succesfully acumulated in the asset under construction. So i created a Settlement Run from Project Tasks, indicating the task i want to accumulate in the AuC, but did´nt obtained what i expected.

Does anyone knows what am i doing wrong?
