Have you any delta loads?
for all master data which are fulls loads there won't be an issue. we can reload them after the data error correction.
But delta loads(which we lost data form last 3 days)need to taken care by manually and reload them thru repair full request.
Even though need to check your present delta pointer are working properly or not due to servers shutdown.if those are not working then reinit may require.
if your have duplicate data errors for master data loads then at dtp you can flag option - Handle duplicate record key.
Other wise please share your error details/long text information to solve the issue.
