hi,

 

For eg: if a Chinese customer wants support only in Chinese, then his incidents will be handled during China Business hours , probably 9 AM to 6PM.

 

If he creates a very high priority incident at 8PM, then he can either translate the memo in English or wait until next day 9 AM for someone to work on the ticket.
