Data migration

Hi,

During the data migration process in which landscape ( Development  / Quality )  do we load the sample data. and in which landscape we do the unit testing?

After doing the unit testing  in which landscape do we load the full data ( Development / Quality / Production ) and where do we do the  integration testing and regression testing?
