Hi Experts,

Please clarify my queries.

1.In Excel addin - Planning view template settings, I sort the keyfigure  in a particular sequence.

    When I load this template then the keyfigure changes it’s order to alphabetical sequence in excel sheet.

    How can we control this sorting ?

2. Reason codes are not getting displayed when I change values in excel addin ?

     I get the popup window but I could not see any of standard Reason codes available in my system.(Reason codes are empty in this popup window).

    I get a message ‘ No Reason codes assigned to your user’, Please contact system administrator.

    My user has ‘All Incl’ role.

     Where do we need to assign reason code to users ?

      I  do not have this parameter set in global configuration
